Housing an organic wholesale business

For a wholesaler of organic products, Dapp had an advisory role regarding a housing issue. Due to the predicted growth, it was clear to the client that continuing the operation at the current locations was not an option. On the basis of data analyses, Dapp devised and worked out various scenarios in collaboration with the client. This project was eventually extended with a second phase, in which we made a CAPEX and OPEX calculation for the client for each scenario. On the basis of the above, the customer can make a decision regarding the most suitable scenario for them.
