Per­son­al data that we process

Dapp B.V. pro­cess­es your per­son­al data be­cause you use our ser­vices and/or be­cause you pro­vide these to us your­self. Below you will find an over­view of the per­son­al data that we process:

• email ad­dress,
• data about your ac­tiv­i­ties on our web­site,

For what pur­pose and on the basis of which basis do we process per­son­al data?

Dapp B.V. pro­cess­es your per­son­al data for the fol­low­ing pur­pos­es:

• Pro­cess­ing your pay­ment;
• Send­ing you our news­let­ter and/or ad­ver­tis­ing brochure;
• To be able to call you or send you an email if this is nec­es­sary to per­form our ser­vices;
• To in­form you about changes to our ser­vices and prod­ucts;
• To de­liv­er goods and ser­vices to you;
• Dapp B.V. an­a­lyzes your be­hav­ior on the web­site in order to im­prove the web­site and the prod­ucts and ser­vices of­fered to match your pref­er­ences;
• Dapp B.V. also pro­cess­es per­son­al data if we are legal­ly obliged to do so, such as data re­quired for our tax re­turn.

Au­to­mat­ed de­ci­sion-mak­ing

Dapp B.V. does not make any de­ci­sions about mat­ters which could have (sig­nif­i­cant) con­se­quences for in­di­vid­u­als, based on au­to­mat­ed pro­cess­ing. These are de­ci­sions made by com­put­er pro­grams or sys­tems, with­out a human being (for ex­am­ple an em­ploy­ee of Dapp B.V.) being in­volved.

Shar­ing of per­son­al data with third par­ties

Dapp B.V. does not sell your data to third par­ties and only pro­vides them if this is nec­es­sary for the ex­e­cu­tion of our agree­ment with you or to com­ply with a legal obli­ga­tion. We have con­clud­ed a pro­ces­sor's agree­ment with com­pa­nies that process your data on our be­half in order to en­sure the same level of se­cu­ri­ty and con­fi­den­tial­i­ty for your data. Dapp B.V. re­mains re­spon­si­ble for this pro­cess­ing.

Cook­ies, or sim­i­lar tech­niques, that we use

Dapp B.V. uses func­tion­al, an­a­lyt­i­cal and track­ing cook­ies. A cook­ie is a small text file that is stored in the brows­er of your com­put­er, tablet or smart­phone when you first visit this web­site. Dapp B.V. uses cook­ies with a pure­ly tech­ni­cal func­tion­al­i­ty. These en­sure that the web­site works prop­er­ly and that, for ex­am­ple, your pref­er­ences are re­mem­bered. These cook­ies are also used to make the web­site work prop­er­ly and to op­ti­mize it. In ad­di­tion, we place cook­ies that track your surf­ing be­hav­ior so we can offer cus­tom­ized con­tent and ads.

You have the right to in­spect, cor­rect or re­move your per­son­al data. In ad­di­tion, you have the right to with­draw your con­sent for data pro­cess­ing or to ob­ject to the pro­cess­ing of your per­son­al data by Dapp B.V. and you have the right to data porta­bil­i­ty. This means that you can re­quest us to send the per­son­al data that we have about you in a com­put­er file to you or an­oth­er or­ga­ni­za­tion named by you.

You can send a re­quest for in­spec­tion, cor­rec­tion, dele­tion, data trans­fer of your per­son­al data or a re­quest to with­draw your per­mis­sion or to ob­ject to the pro­cess­ing of your per­son­al data to ad­mi­ni­stra­tie@d­app.nl.

To make sure that the re­quest for in­spec­tion was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your iden­ti­ty doc­u­ment with the re­quest. Make in this copy your pass­port photo, MRZ (ma­chine read­able zone, the strip with num­bers at the bot­tom of the pass­port), pass­port num­ber and Cit­i­zen Ser­vice Num­ber (BSN) black. This is to pro­tect your pri­va­cy. We will re­spond to your re­quest as quick­ly as pos­si­ble, but with­in four weeks.

Dapp B.V. would also like to point out that you have the pos­si­bil­i­ty to file a com­plaint with the na­tion­al su­per­vi­so­ry au­thor­i­ty, the Au­toriteit Per­soon­s­gegevens. How we se­cure per­son­al de­tails

Dapp B.V. takes the pro­tec­tion of your data se­ri­ous­ly and takes ap­pro­pri­ate mea­sures to pre­vent abuse, loss, unau­tho­rized ac­cess, un­want­ed dis­clo­sure and unau­tho­rized changes.
