By rec­og­niz­ing trends and tak­ing into ac­count, for ex­am­ple, the pre­dict­ed as­sort­ment and vol­ume growth, you can then give an ac­cu­rate es­ti­mate of the fu­ture sur­face area of your fac­to­ry.
