Optimizing layout at a cheese processor

For a cheese producer, Dapp mapped the current factory and looked at the possibilities of improving the flow of the factory by means of a new layout. Dapp also had to take into account the fitting in of new, larger machines within the current walls of the building. During brainstorming sessions with the client, various options were conceived and worked out. The client also requested that production should not come to a halt. A tough logistical issue, for which Dapp was able to find a successful solution.
