Project man­age­ment 

Man­ag­ing tech­ni­cal and lo­gis­tics projects is not some­thing you do on the side. The knowl­edge is not there, the nec­es­sary skills are lack­ing or there is sim­ply no time to give the nec­es­sary at­ten­tion to the projects in your fac­to­ry. Dapp is a flex­i­ble project man­age­ment agen­cy that can pro­vide the nec­es­sary sup­port. 

In every food fac­to­ry, there are pro­cess­es that can be im­proved or ar­ranged dif­fer­ent­ly. After all, you want to con­tin­ue to grow, be­come more ef­fi­cient and in­crease your ca­pac­i­ty. Choic­es that have to be made in these areas are in­creas­ing­ly hav­ing an im­pact on the fac­to­ry as a whole. For this rea­son alone, a project must be ap­proached se­ri­ous­ly and sep­a­rate­ly. A solid project team and ap­proach are im­por­tant con­di­tions for achiev­ing suc­cess­ful project re­sults. Project teams are there­fore in­creas­ing­ly set up in a mul­ti­dis­ci­plinary way. The re­quired de­tailed knowl­edge is gen­er­al­ly no longer avail­able in one per­son. The col­lec­tive knowl­edge of em­ploy­ees, sup­pli­ers and other par­ties must in­creas­ing­ly be called upon in order to bring projects to a suc­cess­ful con­clu­sion.
